Due to the uncertainty of the weather and the limited parking at the Richwood Multi-Purpose Center, the parking for this event will be at the Richwood Middle School (5855 HWY 165 Bypass).
* There will be a shuttle service running in 15-minute intervals traveling back and forth from 5:30PM until 10:30PM
